1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Padelly application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Padelly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Membership & Billing

• The Club Membership is billed monthly at €5.99/month.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable App Store or Google Play policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
• Manipulate rankings or matchmaking systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Post offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

6. Community Guidelines

All members are expected to maintain fair play and sportsmanship on and off the court. Repeated violations of community standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Match & Court Bookings

Padelly facilitates connections between players and courts but does not operate courts directly. Court availability, pricing, and rules are set by individual venues. Padelly is not liable for court conditions or cancellations by venues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by Padelly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

By posting content (profile information, match results, messages) on the Service, you grant Padelly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Padelly is not responsible for injuries sustained during padel games arranged through the platform. Players participate at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padelly's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Padelly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
